Operations problems shaped into practical static demos and portfolio systems.
InfraDispatch, InfraCluster, InfraSky, and InfraQuote are the active static product demos. The current portfolio is static and demo-based unless a page explicitly states otherwise; no live backend, user accounts, or production operations API is claimed.
InfraDispatch, InfraCluster, InfraSky and InfraQuote: field problems turned into structured planning tools.
Each project is presented with the same recruiter-friendly method: problem, solution, use case, my role, and current status.

InfraDispatch
Problem: Tourism operations teams often coordinate pickups, drivers, guides, and vehicles through fragmented spreadsheets and chat threads.
Solution: A browser-based smart rule-based dispatch planner that demonstrates structured pickup sequencing, assignment notes, route links, WhatsApp-ready briefings, CSV export, and manifest outputs.
Use case: DMC operations managers, transport coordinators, tour operator teams, and travel-tech recruiters evaluating practical product operations thinking.
My role: Product concept owner, operations workflow designer, dispatch logic planner, and static demo implementation lead.
Status: Static frontend demo. It does not yet include production routing APIs, real-time traffic, cloud persistence, accounts, or a live dispatch backend.
Problem: Large hotel pickups in the UAE become difficult when different pickup times, hotel areas, adult/child/infant counts, luggage, guide language, available shared-tour seats and vehicle capacity are managed manually.
Solution: A browser-based clustering MVP that imports CSV/Excel-style group sheets, groups hotel pickups by area, timing, passenger mix and language, checks sellable seats by pickup zone, compares cost signals, then prepares vehicle alternatives and InfraDispatch handoff outputs.
Use case: DMC operations teams, MICE groups, city tours, airport movements, desert safari pickups and dispatch supervisors preparing multi-hotel services.
My role: Product concept owner, hotel pickup workflow designer, clustering rule planner and static MVP implementation lead.
Status: Static frontend MVP with generated UAE tourism seed data, browser-side spreadsheet import, estimated cost signals and JSON handoff. It does not yet include a verified live hotel master database, routing, traffic APIs, vehicle inventory or guide availability integrations.

Problem: Stargazing products are easy to oversell when Moon phase, haze, camp lighting, transport access, guide capability, and guest comfort are not checked together.
Solution: A UAE-first planning tool that classifies nights as Excellent, Sell, Watch, Avoid, or No-Go, then generates sales copy, guide briefings, guest WhatsApp text, driver/camp notes, SOP actions, calendar planning, and location comparison outputs.
Use case: DMCs, desert camps, stargazing guides, tourism product teams, and recruiters evaluating practical product operations thinking.
My role: Product concept owner, tourism operations logic designer, guest-promise control planner, and static prototype builder.
Status: Static browser prototype with local planning logic and optional forecast calls. It does not guarantee astronomy visibility or replace final operations/safety approval.
Problem: City-tour quotations become risky when internal supplier costs, conditional costs, VAT wording, margin, markup and client-facing proposal language are mixed together.
Solution: A static DMC quotation MVP that calculates net cost, selling price, profit, margin, markup, VAT, shared-tour break-even, readiness issues, an internal worksheet and a clean client quotation.
Use case: DMC sales teams, tour operators, travel desks and product managers preparing Abu Dhabi city-tour quotations with clear commercial and operational controls.
My role: Product concept owner, quotation workflow designer, pricing-methodology translator and static MVP builder.
Status: Functional static MVP with editable sample data and browser local-storage drafts. Real supplier data, finance policy, approvals and backend workflow still require implementation.
